I do not practice any one modality and have not for many years. I was taught how to channel as a child and have had the pleasure of learning various lightwork & shamanic techniques passed down from mentors & elders that can not be boxed into the confines of one specific modality. These practices originate from teachings all over the world such as Hawaii, the Himalayas, Africa, North American Native Americans and more. They are blended with the more traditional teachings mentioned below as well as my own intuitive downloads and infused into each session, depending on your needs.
